 Job Requirements | Business Development Executive


The successful candidate should have the following skills:

  • You must have at least 3-5 years of prior experience in selling IT Consulting Services .

  • Team player, energetic and self-motivator

  • Ability to understand engineering / Client's IT needs

  • The candidate must have an understanding of selling Contract Engineering / Staffing services.

  • You must be committed to Aggressively Identifying and Building New Client Relationships and Growing and Servicing Accounts in IT Consulting

  • You must be effective in Reaching Decision Makers and in Qualifying and Closing IT Consulting opportunities in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

  • You must be Self-Motivated, Results-Oriented, Adaptive and Committed to reaching Sales Goals while maintaining a Positive Attitude

  • You must Maintain Professionalism at all times and be a Team Player

  • You must possess strong People Skills along with excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills for your continued success and growth

  • Excellent communication skills, business sense and organizational skills.

  • Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.

  • Proficiency with standard productivity tools like emails, MS Office, Power Point etc.

  • Strong educational background (MBA a plus)
