 Position | Sales Professional | Wake County, NC


We need experienced business to business sales professionals who are looking for a challenging opportunity in our Wake County, NC market area.  Enthusiastic, solution focused, energetic closers with experience in direct business to business sales, computer applications or real estate are considered highly desirable. Successful local agents will be considered for new larger market areas.  Training and starter leads are provided. Utilize your skills to grow in your sales career while building a profitable residual income!

Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new sales opportunities in the immediate area

  • Contact new and existing professionals to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by Company products and services

  • Ensure quality and accurate representation of company services through on-site or internet based presentations

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the market conditions (e.g. current customers, competitors, opportunities) for the current territory

  • Help develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals

  • Ensure accurate completion of sales records and documents
     

Our Ideal Candidate

  • College degree in Marketing/Sales or related field is preferred and/or 2-3 years of proven direct sales experience

  • Competitive business to business sales background (a major plus)

  • Strong computer skills (Technology minded)

  • Real Estate Knowledge (a major plus)

  • Problem identification through guiding questions

  • Unafraid to make cold calls
