R.W. Smith & Co. would like to thank you for achieving the following results over the past twelve months:

1) Building strong relationships with all existing customers.
2) Exceeding annual sales goals for the territory by 9% with an average margin of 10%.
3) Expanding your book of business by bringing on six new customers who generated just over $1M in revenue through
china, silver, glassware and small equipment orders.
4) Transitioning 40% of your customers to on-line ordering for stock products.
5) Reducing freight costs by an average of 20% on special order products.
